What you need

tsp vanilla extract

cup vegan margarine

cup chopped pecans

cup walnut

tsp iodized salt

cup coconut sugar

cup gluten free all purpose flour

cup oat flour

cup cranberries

pear

apple
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a baking dish (8x8). Add fruit to the dish and toss to mix all the fruits together. Add crisp topping ingredients to a bowl and spread evenly over fruit. Place in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Serve with vegan icecream!View original recipe
