What you need

liquid egg substitute

cup non-fat milk

tbsp sugar

cup gluten-free flour

tsp kosher salt

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp oat milk

tbsp apple
Instructions
Mix batter together. Place a 7-8inch cast iron on stove at medium high heat. Add vegan butter or coconut oil to pan. Once hot, pour in batter, tilt pan to get all the edges. Reduce heat to medium. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes (depending on how thick your pancake is). Commit to flipping and cook for a few minutes on the other side until golden brown.
