What you need

cup almond
cup walnut halves

cup pumpkin seeds

cup sunflower seed

cup hemp seeds

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground ginger

tsp nutmeg

tsp salt

cup tahini

cup maple syrup

cup olive oil

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 320 convection. Have two sheet trays ready. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. To a small pot and wet ingredients, heat and mix thoroughly. Pour over dry coating mixture well. Transfer to sheet pans in a thinish layer. Press the granola firmly with the back of your spatula. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, turn bakjng sheets and back for another 5-10. Watch closely as you don’t want it to burn. Remove from the oven and let it cook completely before sampling. Transfer to jars and enjoy!!View original recipe
